Here are some of our favourite and most popular things to do whilst staying at Del Rio Riverside Resort. We’ve got a fantastic mixture of water sports and great outdoor activities for the whole family.
Fruit Picking at Canoelands Orchard
Head over to Canoelands and Enjoy a wonderful day at Canoelands Orchard picking your own fresh fruit. Entry is $5 Adults and $3 for children ( 5-15), under 5 free or family of 2 adults and 2 or more children $16. Fruit is currently $6 per kilo although this may vary throughout the season. They are aiming to give the public the opportunity to buy direct from the farmer.
Water Skiing at NSW Ski Gardens

Sheep Shearing at Tobruk
Find your inner farmer and visit the Tobruk Sheep Station. They run a number of experience programs to suit different audiences. Their shows range from whip cracking or boomerang throwing to tractor trail rides and sheep musters and yard work. Tobruk is great for the whole family the littlies will be mesmerised and the adults will love it too!
Experience the Hawkesbury River
The Hawkesbury river is at our door step and is an ideal spot for a day trip or to spend your time on the river whilst at Del Rio. Put the boat in the water we have 2 jetty’s available. If you don’t have a boat that’s fine, grab a fishing line and catch some dinner. If this doesn’t sound appealing to you do what the mums do and relax on a picnic rug and soak in the beautiful views.
