Excellent accommodation (Riverside Villa). Very clean, freshly painted, new floor coverings and furnishings, very comfortable bedding, roomy, beautiful outlook onto the river. Resort facilities ideal for young families with all amenities provided.
Only improvement would be provision of a wall clock and a larger screen TV (although TV reception is somewhat limited.)
We went to Del Rio over the April School Holidays with the family and totally enjoyed it. There were plenty of this for the whole family to do such as putt-putt, tennis, golf and of coarse a pool and water park. We stayed in a Riverview Cabin which had 2 bedrooms and could sleep five people comfortably although the kitchen was a little small. It had a fire box outside on the grass and you can buy a good bag of wood for $20 which is great to sit around at night. The views from the deck are great and if you have family with vans they are just behind these cabins. This was our first visit but we will be definitely going back all the kids loved it. Oh there are also bike and walking tracks as well.
A great place for a family function. The riverside villas were great with absolutely everything that was needed. The 4 bedroom house was fantastic. A safe place for the children & plenty to keep them & us occupied. Well maintained & grounds were beautiful. We certainly will return.
