Del Rio Riverside Resort offers a wide range of camping from unpowered shady camping spots either looking over the magnificent Hawkesbury River to our beautiful lake. We also have powered camping sites suited to caravans, camper trailers, camper vans or tents.
Better still when there are no fire restrictions we allow camp fires. Not many places just out of Sydney allow camp fires. We supply braziers and you can buy some fire wood from us at $20 a bag.
So its a Friday afternoon, you’ve left work, the car is packed and you only have to drive 1.5 hrs from Sydney and your at our door step. What more do you want!!

Please note: Campfires are permitted during the winter months as long as they are in a suitable fire brazier- they cannot be on the ground or in large gallon drums. Fires may be possible during Autumn and Spring dependent on fire conditions- please contact Del Rio reception to enquire. Del Rio has a limited number of braziers for guests to use which can be collected free of charge from the office.
