That’s right we have our very own Bistro at Del Rio Riverside Resort, so hang up the apron and cooking utensils and we will serve you with a beautiful meal at the High Tide Bistro.

We serve tantalising schnitzels, tender steaks, beautiful beer battered fish with chips and salad, and our signature dish……….. Del Rio Barramundi, fish cocktails and chicken nuggets for the kids.  These are just a few of our beautiful meals to suit all budgets that we serve at our bistro.
